Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: M.M. Alam Road, Lahore.

Experience: 02 - 04 years of relevant experience preferably in corporate environment

Qualification: At least Intermediate or above

Skills: Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Conversational English, Service Delivery, Customer Services, Facilities & Building Operations Management, Ms. Office.

Job Role: The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for the delivery of the customer service experience, ensuring exceptional customer interaction while dealing with senior management, leaving guests and callers with a positive, professional and lasting impression.

Budget: 40K with allowances and if profile is with more than 2 years of experience than 45K with allowances.
