Job Summary:
Alpha-CX is seeking a dedicated and professional Email Support Representative to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This full-time, onsite position requires exceptional written communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries with efficiency and empathy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree (required).
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably email support.
- Skills:
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Additional: Willingness to work rotational shifts.
