We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Representative with outstanding communication skills, particularly in English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling inbound & outbound calls, , and following up with UK based clients for successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls of potential international clients and establish initial contact via warm call.
Follow up regularly with prospects to mature leads and ensure consistent communication.
Maintain a strong pipeline and convert leads into confirmed leads into surveys.
Keep track of all communications, using CRM tools to manage client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
Provide feedback on client needs and handle client complaints & documentation in efficient manner.
Required Skills
Proven experience in outbound & inbound calls, especially with UK clients.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skils.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience with CRM tools and tracking systems is a plus.
