Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our packaging products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets in a competitive and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted markets, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present packaging solutions to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including custom packaging designs, materials, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including customer service, production, and design, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging products and services (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in packaging or manufacturing, is a plus.
