In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients towards sound investment decisions. You will be responsible for:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Investment Guidance: Providing expert advice on a range of real estate investment opportunities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify profitable investment options.
- Proposal Development & Presentation: Preparing and presenting compelling investment proposals to clients.
- Client Support: Ensuring smooth and seamless transactions, and providing excellent post-sales service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for real estate and investment
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but not essential
- Lives near to Bahria Town, Lahore.
