Mag Ventures is looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the business. You will work closely with the sales team to promote our products/services, understand customer needs, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products/services, and communicate their value propositions to clients effectively.

- Market Research: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to offer suitable solutions.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer service.

- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass); Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales are preferred.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet sales targets and work in a high-performance environment.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
