We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing customer interactions to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively reaching out to customers to provide information and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, product information, feedback collection, and resolving any pending issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve our products and services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers in understanding and using our products and services effectively.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
