We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to functionality, according to client specifications. They will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly sites that meet the latest web standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress.
- Build and customize WordPress websites with advanced proficiency in Elementor, creating engaging layouts and interactive features that enhance user experience.
- Design user-friendly interfaces by applying UX principles, ensuring websites are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement changes to improve usability and functionality.
- Optimize websites for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth navigation across all devices.
- Lead UX design efforts by creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize workflows and layout structures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsive design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless user interaction and minimal downtime.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in web development, UX design, and tools like Elementor to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field is a must.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with hands-on UX design skills.
- Advanced expertise in Elementor for building and customizing WordPress websites.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to independently conduct UX research, testing, and design iterations.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A solid understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with website optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
