We are seeking a skilled and creative Frontend Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing, user-friendly frontends for websites primarily built on WordPress. This role requires a strong grasp of frontend technologies, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
Website Development: Design and develop aesthetic frontends for website development using custom CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SCSS, Tailwind CSS and WordPress Builders.
Custom Development: Implement custom designs and functionalities using a combination of WordPress themes, and custom coding.
Website Maintenance: Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness.
Responsive Design: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and perform optimally across all devices and browsers.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and backend developers to bring website concepts to life.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Optimization: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Eligibility/Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on WordPress websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Strong experience with frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience in building custom WordPress themes.
Familiarity with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot front-end issues.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git,) - preferred.
Experience with website accessibility standards preferred.
Basic understanding of backend technologies (PHP, MySQL) is a plus.
