Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure safety compliance.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Provide support during special events and activities.
- Assist in training new security staff and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a security role preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with security systems and technologies.
