We are seeking a Female Front Desk Officer to join our team at our modern, state-of-the-art healthcare setup in DHA Lahore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, maintain an organized calendar, and ensure timely client follow-ups.
- Assist clients with check-in procedures and direct them to their respective appointments.
- Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
