Duty Timings: On Rotation 8 Hours
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate.
- Fresher to 1 Year of call center experience.
Gender: Male
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
No sales Target
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance indicators as per defined processes.
- All customer queries and complaints are addressed within the minimum possible time.
- Track complete call information and follow up for any post call processing for customer inquiry.
