We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Operations - Restaurants for a world-renowned restaurant brand. This role is ideal for a professional with strong operational expertise and the ability to enhance restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel.
- Additional Skills: Inventory management and control, budgeting and financial analysis, sales performance analysis, CRM, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly internal inventory checks and ensure accurate inventory records across all locations.
- Manage timely clearance of faulty stock and oversee goods transfers (TFRs).
- Assist in budgeting and financial controls to ensure resource optimization.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to monitor KPIs and drive target achievement.
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee CRM system updates to ensure accurate customer records.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
