*Job Overview*:
The *Assistant Manager - Affiliate Sales Network* will support the management of our affiliate partnerships to drive property sales. The role involves assisting in recruiting and onboarding affiliates, maintaining strong relationships, and helping to develop sales strategies. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth within the real estate industry.
*Key Responsibilities*:
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates (agents, brokers, influencers) to promote real estate sales.
Provide affiliates with the necessary marketing materials and property information to help them succeed.
Maintain regular communication with affiliates, addressing their queries and offering support as needed.
Monitor affiliate performance and assist with reporting on sales activity and target achievement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and strategies to support affiliate sales efforts.
Help manage the affiliate commission process, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in sales and affiliate marketing real estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of real estate or a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with affiliate marketing tools is a plus.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
